Hector Olivencia-Malodnado, Esq.
A former member of the United States Navy, Mr. Olivencia was raised in Puerto Rico and is a native Spanish speaker. In his free time, he enjoys coaching volleyball and basketball.
Hector Olivencia-Malodnado obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from the InterAmerican University. In 2005, he earned his JD from the InterAmerican University School of Law. His main areas of practice became Business Law and Employment Law. From there, he and his wife relocated to Chattanooga, TN in 2010. Together, they established the Olivencia & Cribben Law Office, LLC. The main objective and, in turn, motto of the law firm quickly emerged: “we accompany you from beginning to end.” As the only law firm dedicated to providing legal services to the Hispanic community, Olivencia and Cribben featured native Spanish-speakers as well as an understanding of cultural factors unique to the Latino community, just as they continue to today. Ultimately, Mr. Olivencia works toward growing the Olivencia & Cribben Law Office, aspiring to become the largest Hispanic-founded law firm in the state of Tennessee.
